====== The Offline Maps Download Stops, Resets or doesn't Finish ======

If the download of offline maps was not successful, we recommend that you delete the offline region and try again. In general the download works best if you:

  * Don't try to download huge areas (like several countries)
  * Split up the download into multiple downloads
  * Depending on your phone, you might have to keep the Kurviger app open and the screen unlocked
