====== The Offline Maps Download Stops, Resets or doesn't Finish ======

If the download of offline maps was not successful, there are usually two workarounds:
  * If you used Google Chrome (the default browser on most Androids), try a different browser, like [[https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox|Firefox]]. We have seen many issues like this from Chrome.
  * You can use a computer to download the files and then transfer them to your smartphone.
