The Offline Maps Download Stops, Resets or doesn't Finish

If the download of offline maps was not successful, there are usually two workarounds:

• If you used Google Chrome (the default browser on most Androids), try a different browser, like Firefox. We have seen many issues like this from Chrome.
• You can use a computer to download the files and then transfer them to your smartphone.
