 +In GMaps app I store ready routes simply by the following steps:

 +15. In Navigation mode open the menu (3 dots in the upper right corner).

 +17. GMaps will confirm by a short screen message.

Now a link symbol button to this specific route appears on the desktop, where it is to find again quickly every time it is needed during travelling and a simple click on the symbol opens this route in GMaps directly and starts navigation mode - what can be done easily even while riding/driving.
  
 +19. When finished the trip I store all routes for later use by a simple drag&drop moving of the link button to a special subdirectory "Routes", in which I can start navigation for every route again by simply clicking the symbol as above.
