Enduro Mode

Ofttimes there are requests about an enduro/offroad mode. Right now we decided to not support that kind of routing. In central Europe, the population density is quite high and there are not many legal dirt roads. To avoid tourism on these roads and therefore avoid possible closing of these roads, we believe it's better to not support offroad routing. However, outside of central Europe Kurviger already uses dirt roads, especially when using the extra curvy option.
