How to correct or modify data of a POI?

Kurviger currently provides two types of POIs. Most POIs like fuel stations, motorcycle shops, etc. are based on data from OpenStreetMap (OSM), for more information about OSM, also take a look here: There was an issue during the route calculation or navigation, what can I do about it?. The great thing about OSM is that it's open data and that everyone can edit the data.

Some POIs like hotels are a special type of POI, these are selected by us and our partners to provide motorcycle specific content to Kurviger. If you find something here, please contact us.

Unfortunately, there are some POIs that don't have a name. If you know the name of a POI, you can easily add the name.

Click on Edit data on OSM. You will be forwarded to OSM, in the top-left, click on Edit.

If you don't have an account on OSM yet, you need to sign up for an account. You can also use third party providers, like you Google account to sign up. After you have signed up, enter the name in the editor and click Save.

Now you are asked to enter a description for your change. If you feel unsure if you did everything correctly, please check the box I would like someone to review my edits and then click on Upload.
