The Offline Maps Download Stops, Resets or doesn't Finish

If the download of offline maps was not successful, we recommend that you delete the offline region and try again. In general the download works best if you:

• Don't try to download huge areas (like several countries)
• Split up the download into multiple downloads
• Depending on your phone, you might have to keep the Kurviger app open and the screen unlocked
